What counts as a "character"? ▼

Every character in the text you submit — including spaces and punctuation — counts toward your monthly quota. For example, "Hello world!" is 12 characters. Numbers and emoji also count as 1 character each.

What is voice cloning? How good is it? ▼

Voice cloning creates a digital replica of any voice from a short audio sample (5–30 seconds). Our model (OmniVoice, k2-fsa) captures the speaker's tone, accent, cadence, and emotional style. Results are indistinguishable from the original to most listeners in informal tests.

Can I switch plans at any time? ▼

Yes — upgrade immediately (prorated charge), or downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. You'll never lose access to your cloned voices or generation history when switching plans.

Do you really support 600+ languages? ▼

Yes. We're powered by the OmniVoice neural model (k2-fsa/OmniVoice), which was trained on 600+ languages and dialects — from major world languages to regional dialects like Minangkabau, Dinka, and Tibetan. Free plan includes 50 languages; Pro and Business unlock all 600+.

How long are my generated audio files stored? ▼

Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with automatic deletion based on your plan (7–90 days). After generation, you'll receive a presigned URL valid for 1 hour. Download or save the r2_key to regenerate a fresh URL before the file expires.

Is there a free trial for paid plans? ▼

The Free plan is permanently free — no credit card required. All paid plans have a 7-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.

Can I use the generated audio commercially? ▼

Starter, Pro, and Business plans include a commercial license. The Free plan is for personal and non-commercial use only. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to clone any voice you upload.
